A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT, BY REFERENCE, THE UNTFORPI
'BUILDING CODE, 1973 EDITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA-
1. It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, to adopt, by reference and in its entirety, the'Uniform
Building Code, 1973 Edition; and
2. It is the intention of said Council by said adoption to
repeal any ordinance heretofore adopted by said Council in
conflict therewith; and
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give and publish proper
notice of this intention in accord with the laws of the State of
Montana; and
4. The City Clerk is also hereby directed to immediately obtain
three (3) copies of said Code and file same in his office for
inspection by the public; and
5. Final action on the adoption of said Code will be taken by
said Council at its regularly scheduled meeting of J nq
JU 3 1974.
