A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT, BY REFERENCE, THE FIRE
PREVENTION CODE, 1970 EDITION, AMERICAN INSURANCE ASSOCIATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MON17ANA!
1. It is the intention of the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, to adopt, by reference and in its entirety,
the Fire Prevention Code, American Insurance Association; and
2.' Itlis the intention of said,Council by said adoption to repeal.
any ordinance heretofore adoptecT.,�by said Council in conflict
therewith: and
!3. The -xty Clerk is hereby dir�ected to give and publish proper
notice'of this intention in accord with the laws of the St4te of
Montana; and
4. The City Clerk is also hereb directed to immediately obtain

inspection by the public; and
