WHERRAS, Resolution No. 2954 declaring intention to crente
an ernergency budget for City Police Department, Genervl Fund
purposes In the amount of $2,500.00 was adopted b7 the Gity
Co"neil and duly noticed for hearing protests; and
WHERFAS, no protests were made at said time and place,
,NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency budget In the
amount of $2,500.00 be and same hereby is authorized,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, THIS IST DAY OF APRIL, 1974.
