A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL 17OR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 315.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kalispell,
in compliance with the statutes of the State of Montana, did, on the
5th day of November, 1973, create Special Improvement District No.
315 of the City of Kalispell for the purpose of construction of water
mains and water service lines in all of that area included in and
in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in Resol-
utions No. 2929 and No. 2917.
WHEREAS, Stahly Engineering and Associates, I So. Dakota Street,
Helena, Montana 59601, has submitted plans of said construction, and
same have been approved by the City Engineer for the city of
Kalispell.
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved:
1. That the City Clerk forthwith call for bids for said
construction in accord with the laws of the State of Montana.
2. That�the Notice of said call for bids be in the substantial
'form of and con't-a-In the ProvisiQa--,-of Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
