A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMaNCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS NECESSAW'
TO MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED By THE 1973-1974
BUDGET FOR GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen
In an amount of $2,500.00 In the budget of Police Department In wccess'of
the 1973-1974 General Fund Budget; and
WHEREAS, It Is therefore necessary to call for an emergency budget In
order to pay for the necessary additional expenditures;
,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, that by reason
of the facts hereinabove stated, an emergency Is hereby declared to exist,
and an expenditure of $2,500.00 In excess of the 1973-1974 Police Department
Budget In the General FWW is necessary; protests, if any, shall be heard
at 7:30 P.K , April 1, 1974, at the regular City Council Meeting, Council
Chambers, Kalispell, Montana,
