GENERAL FM MPOSES IN THE AMNT OF �M 000. 00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, '�lWiTANA:
WITEREAS, Resolution No. 2945 declaring intention to create an eraorgency
budget for Park Department, General Fund purposes In the aniount of
$50,000.00 was adopted by the City Council and duly noticed for bearing
protests; and
WITEREAS. no protests were made at said time and place,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency budget In the amount of
$5p.000.00 be and same hereby la'Authorized.
