A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF VAT,T�""T,', "ONTANA,
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS, SECTION #5, ADDITION # 51
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That pursuant to the Petition of J. Austin Miller,
Hollister A. Larson and Elizabeth Jean Larson, also k'nown as Tean
Elizabeth Larson, filed with the City Council of the City of
Kalispell,.on the 18th day of March 1974 and the
submission to said--(j—ouncil by saldr�c—ti-El-oners i;fa plat
reflecting teh survey and designation of that territory adjoining
and adjacent to the City of Kalispell, as an addition thereto,
,1,-Iu jJUrsuant to Section 11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947,
the Council and Mayor do hereby approved that said territory may
become a part of the City of Kalispell, to be known as:
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS, SECTION 5
ADDITION # 51
Section 2. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the
office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead CounLy, Montana,
said territory shall become a part of the City of ralispell, and
shall be classified as a No. 1 Residence District of said
City.
PASS17D AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCTI, OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, THIS 18th day of March, 1974.
