RESOLUTION NO. 2924
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE WOODLAND PARK WORK PROGRAM AS OUTLINED BY MR. L. A.
(SM) BIBLER AND APPOINTING MR. BIBLER AS -PROJECT ADVISOR
WHEREAS, Mr. L. A. (Sam) Bibler has submitted a work program for Woodland
Park wbich will center around the restoration of a lagoon that to the main
focus of Woodland Park;
A= WHEREAS, the project will consist of drilling a water wall, draining the
lagoon, removing siltation and debris from the bottom of the lagoon, back -filling
the lagoon bottom with gravel, constructing foot bridges, landscaping and other
genaral site preparation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, that the Woodland Park Work Program be adopted and that Mr. L A.
(Sam) Bibler be appointed Project Advisor to work with the City Engineer.
PASSED AM APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, THIS 17TH DAY OF SEPTOMER, 1973.
