A REISObUTION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT, BY REFERENCE, THE LIFE
SAFETY CODE, 1973 EDITION, NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION
NO. .101.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
I.' It is the intention of the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, to adopt, by reference and in its entirety,
The Life Safety Code, 1973 Edition, National Fire Protection
Association No. 101; and
2. It is the intention of said Council by said adoption to
repeal any ordinance heretofore adopted by said Council in
conflict therewith; and
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give and publish proper
notice of this intention in accord with the laws of the State of
Montana; and
4. The City Clerk is also hereby directed to immediately obtain
three (3) copies of said Code and file same in his office for
inspection by the public; and
5. Final action on the adoption of said Code will be taken by
said Council at its regularly scheduled meeting of June_3---- 1974.
