,RIEREAS, on the 8th day of August, 1973, said Council did pass
and�adbpt 'Resolution No. 2918, a resolution of intention to create
Spb'ci�al Improvement District No: 316; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of said City did give Notice of the
pa,s��4aqe of'said Resolution by publishing same for five successive
�ddys in The Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper, published in
Kalispell, Montana, beginning on August 30, 1973, and also, on
kii4ust'301' 1973, true copies of said Notice were mailed to all
having real property with said district; and
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of September, 1973, at the regular
medting of said Council the Council did conduct a hearing on said
Resolution No. 2918, and a protest was made against creating said
special Improvement District No. 316 based on the boundary thereof
and further action to create said SID 316 was held in abeyance
pending reconsideration of the boundary thereof; and
WHEREAS,on November 5, 1973 said protest was withdrawn and
further construction of SID 316 with the boundary as originally
established has been made by the Council.
�OW THEREFORE, said Council does hereby create Special Pmprove-
ment District No. 316 for the purpose of installing sanitary sewers
in that certain area described as follows:
GIBSONS: that portion of Lot 1, Gibson Addition No. 41,
City of Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1; thence along tne
Southerly line of Lot 1 South 400 141 30" West 8.61 feet, North
00 381 00" East 26.21 feet and South 490 141 57" West 528.21
feet; thence North 400 451 03" West 143.23 feet; thence North 890
121 02" West 239.43 feet to the West line of Lot 1; thence Along
the West line North 00 471 58" East 275.00 feet'; thence Sou �h 890
12' 02" East 736.11 feet to the East line of Lot 1, thence'alonq
the East line South 00 38- 31" West 52.34 feet to the Point�of
Beginning, containing 4.115 acres of land.

'City of Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana described as follows;
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, then a -long the t�est
