RESOLUTION FIXING THE COST OF SIDEWALK AND CURB CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED
DURING 1973.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MNTANAt
Section 1. The cost of sidewalk and curb construction completed
during 1973, and to be assesawl against real estate Is hereby fixed as
designated on the attached document %bich to marked 'Txhibit A" and by
reference Is adopted herein.
Section 2. That warrants be issued for payment of said sidewalk and
curb construction In accordance with the cost fixed herein.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MDNTANA,
AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 7TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1974.
