A RESOLUTION ESTIMATIW, THE COST OF LIGHTIM THE STREETS AND AVENUES
IN THE LIGHTING DISTRICT, AND LEvyrm AN Assmsmm FOR SAME FOR THE
YEAR 1974.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SZCTION 1. That the entire cost of the Special Lighting District for
the year 1974 Is estimated to be, $382000.00
SECTION 2. That one-fourth of the cost of lighting said district shall
be paid from the General Fu:W.
SECTION 3. That the tax hereby levied for the remaining three -fourths
of the cost of the amunt set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment* on file In the
Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 4. The amount of said tax shall be levied for the amount of
11.00 for each lot or parcel of land within the city limits.
