A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND
AVENUES IN SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME
FOR THE YEAR 1974,
BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF X41ISPELL, MONTAKA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues in
Sprinkling District No. I for the 1974 year Is estimated to be
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all property In Sprinkling
District No. I for the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues in
said district. Said tax shall be levied at $25.00 per lot or at -$1.00
per front foot of said lot, vhichwer is the greater.
