RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS MCFSSARY
n MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED BY THE 1973-1974
3UDGET FOR GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen
In an amount of $600.00 In the budget of City Treasurer In excess of the
1973-1974 General Fund Budget; and
WHEREAS, it Is therefore necessary to call for an emergency budget
in order to pay for the nee6asary additional expenditures;
BE; IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by
reason of the facts hereinabove stated an emergency Is hereby declared
to exist, and an expenditure of $000.00 In excess of the 1973-1974 City
Treasurer Budget In the General Fund to necessary; protests If any, sball
be heard at 7:30 P. M., March 4, 074, at the regular City Council Meeting,
Council Chambers, Kalispell, Montana.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA, THIS 4TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1974.
