RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION WITH THE MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF
REALTIT AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES, FOR A REIMBURS04ENT GRANT UNDER RULE MAC
16-2.14(10).Sl"71
WHEREAS, under the terms of Rule MC 16-2.14(10).SI4471, the State of Montana
has authorized the making of reimbursement grants to authorized applicants for
the construction of specific public projects,
NOV, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the KALISPELL CITY COUNCIL

execute and file an application on behalf of the Citz of Kalisimll, Montana,
with the State of Montana for a reimbursement grant for the construction of
Irterooptor Sever - Federal Project No. C 300111 -
and hals hereby authorized and directed to furnish such Information an the
Montana Department of Health and Environmental Sciences may reasonably request
In connection with such application and to sign all necessary documents and
