RESOIXTION NO, 2920
A RESOLUTrON DESIGNATING THE NAME OF THE STREET IN NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS,
SECTION #4 AND OISON ADDITION #2, BE "SHERRY LANE"
WHEREAS, the present name of Meadow lark Lane Is similar to the name of
a street located in the Evergreen area and Is causing confusion to the
postal service and the public; and
WHEREAS, a letter requesting the name of the street in Northridge
Heights, Section #4 and Olson Addition #2 be changed from Meadow Lark -
Lane to Sherry Lane; and
WHEREAS, It will be in the best Interest of the City of Kalispell and
the inhabitants thereof, to name such street In conformity with said
request;
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 11-907 of the Revised Codes of the
State of Montana,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that this street In Northridge Heights, Section
#4 and Olson Addition #2 be named "SHERRY LANE".
The City Engineer Is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the City
Council, a plat showing such change and to otherwise comply with Section
11-908 of the Revised Codes of the State of Montana, by filing such
approved plat with the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County,
Montana.
