A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS FEC �'�5SAXY
V MANE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE MOUNT PROVIDED BY THE 1973--1974
BUDGET FOR GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures haw, arisen In
An amount of $50,000,0() In the budget of Parks for golf coiiraF�-
Improvements In excess of 1973-1974 General Fund Budget; and which
monles vill be received by the City of Kalispell from the Xallspoll. Golf
Association and WHEREAS, It Is therefore necessary to call for an eworgency
budget In order to pay for the necessary additional expenditures;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by reason of
the facts hereinabove stated an emergency is hereby declared to C�Xlst� and
an expenditure of 250,000-00 to excess of the 1973-1974 Parks liwiget In
the General Fund Is necessary; protests If any shall be heard at 7:30 P.M.
March 18. 1974, at the regular City Council Meeting, Council Chambers.
