A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS NECESSARY To
MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED BY THE 1973- 1974 BUDGET
FOR GENERAL FUND*
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen In an
amount of — $47,762.00 _ In the budget of Parks In excess of the 1973-
1974 General Fund Budget; and
WMW.AS, it Is therefore necessary to call for an emergency budget In order
to pay for the necessary additional expenditures;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by reason of the
facts herainabove stated an emergency to hereby declared to exist, and an
expenditure of 247,762.00 In excess of the 1973-1974 Parks Budget In
the General Fund Is necessary; protests If any, shall be heard at 7:30 p.m.,
March 4, 1974, at the r*gular City Council Meeting, Council Chambers, Kalispell,
Montana.
