A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.314
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANAs
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City
of Kalispell, Montana, to create Special Improvement District No.
for the following described area:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of Block 8; Lots 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18 of Block 9,
Section 3 of Northridge Heights.
SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made
in said proposed Special improvement District is the installation of
a sanitary sewer.
SECTION 3. That the estimated cost of said improvements is $15,000.001�.
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said improvements shall
be assessed against each lot within the district to be assessed for
that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the
entire district.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full upon
completion of the contract, or shall be paid in 10 equal installments#
hereby extended over a period of 10 years. Said assessment shall
constitute a fund to be known as Special Improvement District No.
SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special
Improvement District Warrants issued against said district in sums
not to exceed $1,000 each, bearing interest at a rate not to exceed
seven percent (7%) per annum from date of registration until called
for redemption or paid in full.
SECTION 7. That on the 7th day of May , 1973, at 7:30 P.M., in
the Council Chambers of the City Hall in the City of Kalispell, Montana,
at a regular meeting thereof, the City Council will hear and pass on any
protests that may be made against the making of said improvements or the
creation of said district.
SECTION 8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the
proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and mailing
as requiredbX law, such pubjjc_ation to be made in the Daily Inter Lake,
a daily neVspoper, publish,9-d-in)the City of Kalispell, Montana.
