A, WOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS AN ADDITION, QUrRT'S
ADDITION NO* 46
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF KALISPELL, MONrANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of William C. Quirt and Janet R. Quirt,
husband and wife, filed with the City Council of the City Of Kalispell, on the
l9th day of March, 1973, and the submission to said Council by said Potitiovxis
of a plat reflecting the survey and designation of that territory adjoining and
adjacent to the City of Kalispell, as an addition thereto, and pursuant to S*ctloa
No. 11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, the Council and Mayor do hereby
approve that said territory may become a part of the City Of Kalispell, to be
known as$
QUIRTOS ADDITION NO. 46
SECTION 2. That the City Council has found good cause for the reduction of land
to be set aside In said Addition for park purposes to one ninth (119) of the
total area of said Addition; and, the Council further finds It to be to the best
interest of the City to accept a cash donation In lieu of said land for park
purposes and the City does hereby order that said amount shall be the sm of
tIGHTY TWO AND 00/100 ........ DOLLARS.($82.00) which sum shall be deposited in
the park fund of the City to be used according to law.
SECTION 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office of the County
Clark and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said territory shall become a
part of the City of Kalispell, and shall be classified as No. 2 ResIAence District
of sold City.
