�-ECTIOIT 1. That it is the ilitention of the City Council of t e it,

316 for the following described nronertv dttached hereto as ExhibiL
"A" and 1-)v this reference made a nart hereof.
SrICTION 2. That the cleneral character of the improvements to be
made in said nroposed Special Improvement District is the installd-
tior, of a sanitary sewer.
SECTION 3. That the estimated cost of said improvements iq
$45,000.00.
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said improvenzionts
shall be assessed against each lot within the district to be as3esssd
for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of
the entire district.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for ir, full uT,)on
completion of the contrdct, or shall be paid iii 20 e-ival in5Lallmei.Ls,
hereby extended over a period of 20 years. Said assessment shall con-
stitute d fund to be known as SPecial ImprovemenL District No. 316.
SECTION 6. That saii improvements shall be paid for in Special
LqnrovemenL District 4drrants issued against said disLrict in
riot to exceed $1,001.00 each, bearing interest at d rate not to exceed
seven percent (7%) per annum from date of registration until callr,�l
for redemption or paid in full.
SECTION 7. That on the 17th dav of September, 1973# at 7:30, P.1.,
i" the Council Chamhars of the City Hall in the City of Ralisnell,
'Icntana, at a regular meeting thereof, the City Council will hear
4nd pass on any protesLs that mdy be made against the making of said
irrinrovements or the creation of said district.
SECTION S.- The Citv Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give
the proper notice of the nassage of this resolution hv publicatiou
and mailing as required by law, such publication to be made in a
dailv npw,3paner and/or a ,�rnekly newspaper published in the CiLV of
Xalisnell, tdlid.
