A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, S1114SET
ADDITION, SECTION #3, ADDITION #47,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Oscar Olson and
Marlys Olson, husband and wife, filed with the City Council of
the City of Kalispell on the 2nd day of Aprtl �, 1973, and
the submission to saiA Council-97—said petitioners of a plat
reflecting the survey and designation of that territory adjoining
and adjacent to the City of Kalispell, as an addition thereto, and
pursuant to Section No. 11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, the
Council and Mayor do hereby approve that said territory may become
,a Part of the City of Kalispell, to be known as:
SUNSET ADDITION, SECTION 43,
ADDITION # 47
Section 2. That the City Council, upon proper showing of the
overall Plan of development of the. entire Sunset Addition of which
this addition is a Part, and upon a written renresentation made on
behalf of said petitioners, that adequate provisions for public
park purooses will be made for the entire Sunset Addition as
sections thereof are added and annexed to the City, does waive the
public park land, or cash in lieu thereof, requirements for this
Section as provided in Section 11-602(9), R. C. M.p 1947, as
amended, and does so hereby orderl a copy of said written
representation shall be attached to this Resolution and designated
as Exhibit "A".
91, Section 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the
'office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montanaf
�said territory shall become a part of the City of Kaliseell# and shall
be classified as a No. 1 Residence District of said city.

TO: The City of XALISPELLt
The undersigned, Oscar Olson and MarlyB Olson, for
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby agree to plat and dedicate to the
public for Park purposes a tract of land situate in Flathead County,
Montana, particularly described as follows:
A tract of land situated in the West Half of the
Southeast Quarter (ASE4) of Section 1, Township
28 North, Range 22 West, containing approximately
4.02 acres, all as set forth in that certain instru-
ment identified as "Master Plan of Sunset Additions"
dated March, 1973.
The undersigned further agree to furnish a legal descriptiui,
of said area to be dedicated to the public, it being intended that
said area is to be dedicated in connection with the platted area
known as "Sunset Addition #3", and other additions, and said area to be
annexed into the City of Kalispell.
This agreement is binding upon the undersigned, their heirs,
legal representatives and assigns.
