A RESOLUTION ORDERING SIDEWALK AND CURBS IN CERTAIN ARFAS OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, �10NTANA:
That It is the judgment of the City Council that sidewalks and curbs be
constructed along the following locations in the City pursuant to Section
24-21 of the Code of the City of Kalispell, Montana:
Kalispell Original;
Great Northern Railroad Right of Way;
with sidewalk to be Installed on east side of Fifth Avenue West and Fifth
Avenue West North on Railroad Right of Way and curbing to be Installed on
both sides of Fifth Avenue West and Fifth Avenue West North on Railroad
Right of Way;
Tract BJ SE?4SEk SE-�SW� 7 - 28 - 21;
with curbing to be installed on the west side of Fifth Avenue West from
southern boundary of Railroad Right of Way to West Center Street.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
this 16th day of April, 1973.
