A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS AN
ADDITION, 4 B's Addition, Kalispell Addition No. 45.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of 4 B's Restaurant,,111c.,
filed with the City Council of the City of Kalispell on the 5""P,'
day of Nr, r,� 1,� 19 —� , and the submission to
said Council by said Petitioner o� a -p'r—at reflecting the survey and
designation of that territory adjoining and adjacent to the City of
Kalispell, into streets and blocks as an addition thereto, and por-
suant to Section No. 11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, as,
amended, the Council and Mayor do hereby approve that said territory
may become a part of the City of Kalispell, to be known as:
4 B's Addition, KaliSpellAddition No. 45
SECTION 2. That the City Council has found good cause for the
reduction of land to be set aside in said Addition for park purposes
to one-rineth of the total area of said
Addition; and the Council further finds it to be to the best interest
of the City to accept a cash donation in lieu of said land for park
purposes and the City does hereby order that said amount shall be
the sum of $ 1 _6�-
which sum shall be de-
posited in the'park fund o-f the—iCi:—tytobe used according to law.
SECTION 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said
territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell and shall be

said city.
