A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASUitER TO INVEST WATF�,,
WORKS DEPARTMENT CASH FUNDS IN TIME CERTTFJ'ATES OF DEPOSI
WHEREAS, the Water Works Department of the City of Kalispell,
Montana has on hand excess funds over and above the immedia"'e
operating requirements, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Kalispell
that these funds be on an earning basis,
NOW THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana that the City Treasurer be auth-
orized and directed to invest FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($50,000-00) of Water Works Department Funds in Time Cert-
ificates of deposit in local banks.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, THIS
19TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1973.
