7� TtESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE TNTO TUB CITY OF KALISPELL, AS AN
ADDITION, OLSON ADnITION NO. 2, NDDTTION NO. 31 .
BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY COMICIL OF T1IF CTTY OF KALISPELL,

SECTION 1. That pursuant to the petition filed on behalf of The
Stillwater Lutineran Cljurcll with the Citv Council of th -it f

Kalisnell oil the 18 day of June 1973, and the sub-
mission to said C'ouncil by said petitio--n--er of d plat reflectinq
the survey and designation of that territory adjoining and adjacen'4-
to the City of Kalispell, into streets and , blocks as an addition
thereto, and pursuant to Section No. 11-401, Revised Codes of
'lontdna, 1947, as amended, the Council and �Iayor do hereby aprirove�',
that said territory may become part of the City of Kalispell, to
be known as:
OLSON ADDITION NO. 2, ADDITION NO. 31
SECTION 2. That the City Council has found qood cause for the
reduction of land to be set aside in said Addition for park
purnoses to 1/9 of the total area of said Ndditionj and,
the Council lurther finds it to be to the best interest of the
Citv to accept a cash donation in lieu of said land for park
purposes and the City does hereby order that said amount shall
be tile sum of $ 90-60 , which sum shall be deposited in
the park fund oT —the City to be used according to law.
SnCTION 3. That unon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, 1ontana, said
territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell and shall be
classified as a No. 1 Zone of said city.
