WHEREAS, notice of said petition and that sa*ne would be acted,
unon at the regular meeting of said council an la�r 21, 1973 was duly
qiven by the Citv Clerk in a form and manner as provided by and
MIERIEAS, on this 21st dav of lay, 11973 at the regular meetinq
of 3aid council, held at the reqular time and place therefore, the
council has heard nrononents for said closure and no o7nonents there-
to having appeared or made their opposition known to said council;. and
WHEREAS, it appears to the council that closure and vacation of
3aid alley would not be to the detriment of the public and good
cause anpearing in favor thereof,
