SECTION 1. That the entire cost of Parking Maintenance ard of Oil
Sprinkling District for the year 1973 Is estimated to be $129#366.00
S11CTroN 2. That the assessment Is hereby levied on all lot-s or parcels
of land within the city linits as follows,
