A RESOLUTION ORDERING REMOVAL AND REPLACM-1ENT OF SIDEWALKS IN CERTAIN
AREAS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
That it is the Judgment of the City Council that sidewalks be removed
and concrete sidewalks constructed along the following locations In
the City pursuant to Section 24-R21 of the Code of the City of Kalispell,
Montax%a:
Block 132;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, It & 12-,
Kalispell Original;
being on the vast side of First Avenu* West between Tenth Street and
Eleventh Street West.
