A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE-OFF OF UNCOLLECTIBLE AMBULANCE FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA THAT CERTAIN
AMBULANCE ACCOUNTS BE ADJUSTED OUT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS certain ambulance accounts are over five (5)
years old and unpaid; and
SECTION 2. WHEREAS persons with ambulance accounts have no apparent
funds with which to pay;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following accounts in the amount of $699.80
are hereby declared uncollectible and adjusted out:
