AVENUES IN SPRTNKLIN0, DISTRICT NO. 2, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR
SAME FOR THE YEAR 1973.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA-
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in Sprinkling District No. I for the 1973 year is estimated to be

SFCTTON 2. That a tax Is hereby levied on all property In Sprinkling
Di5trict No. I for the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues in
said district. Said tax shall be levied at $25.00 per lot or at
-$.1.00— per front foot of said lot, whichever is the greater.
