A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO, ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY, AN AGREEMENT WITH NORTHRIDGE FARM, A PARTNERSHIP, FOR
PREPAYMENT OF $6,000.00 TOWARDS DEPARTMENT OF SID #313, TO BE
REPAID OUT OF OTHER SEWER CONNECTION CHARGES AS PAID.
WHEREAS, J. Austin Miller, on behalf of Northridge Farm,
a partnership has offered to make to the city a prepayment of
$6,000-00 on the debt of SID #313 and to be repaid out of sewer
connection charges which the city anticipates will be realized
out of sewer hookups on new sewer lines constructed by SID #313;
and
WHEREAS, the Council is in agreement that the City accept
such prepayment and it is to be so repaid..
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into such
an agree t with J. Austin Miller on behalf of the City.
