RESOLUTION FIXING THE COST OF SIDEWALK AND CURB CONSTRUCTION COKPIXTED
DURING 1971.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section 1. The cost of sidewalk and curb construction completed
during 1972, and to be assessed against real estate Is hereby fixed as
designated on the assessment shoots on file In the office of City
Treasurer, and by reference Is adopted herein.
Section 2. That warrants for the amount of $21,300.00 be Issued
for payment of said sidewalk and curb construction in accordance with
the cost fixed heroin.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 10TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1973.
