A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS AN
ADDITION, KALISPELL MEDICAL ARTS, ADDITION MO. 35.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O'F THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Kalispell medical
Artsp Inc., a Montana corporation, filed with the City Council
of the City of Kalispell, on the FTFTR dayPofi--.,1JTNp __, 1972,
and the submission to said Council-Fy—said et tianer—of a
plat reflecting the survey and designation of that territory
adjoining and adjacent to the City of Kalispell, into streets
and blocks as an addition thereto, and pursuant to Section No.
11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, the Council and Mayor
do hereby ap rove that said territory may become a part of the
City of Kalispell, to be known as:
KALISPELL MEDICAL ARTS, ADDITION NUMBER 35
SECTION 2. That the City Council has found good cause for the
reduction of land to be set aside in said Addition for park
purposes to one ninth (1/9) of the total area of said Addition;
and, the Council further finds it to be to the best interest of
the city to accept a cash donation in lieu of said land for.park
purposes and the City does hereby order that said amount shall be
the sum of TWO HU"RED -S1 MH � AND 8�410� DOLLARS

City to be used according to law.
SECTION 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said
territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell and shall be
classified as a No. 5 �Business-ggzidanQA T)i Strir�t Of said city.
