A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FIRE CHIEF TO CHARGE OVERTIME EXPENSE
TO OTHER BUDGETED ITEMS OF FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen
in the overtime expense of the Kalispell City Fire Department budget;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by reason
of the fact hereinabove stated, the Fire Chief Is hereby authorized
to charge overtime expense to other budgeted Items of the Fire
Department budget.
