A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TME C177 COUICIL OF THE CITY OF XAWSPEIL, YONTNNA:
SECTION 7. That WSUInt to the provisions of Resolution No. 2867, entitled
"A Resolution of Intention to Extend the Corporate Limits of the City of
Nallspoll, h1ontana", and after a hearivg hold at a regular meeting of taid
City Council, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana,
at 7:10 P. M. on June 5, 1972, pursuant to said resolution and notico duty
given by publication as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits
of tha City of Xallspell, h4ntana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and
Include the tract of land described In said Resolutlon of Intention No. 2867
and h3r0nafter described, and the said described tract of land is hereby
declared to ba annonal to and to be a part of the City of Nalispall, Xbntana'
and within tha corporate limits tharaof. Thn time when this resolution shall
go Into effoct and tba extension of tha boundaries of said tract of land
within tho boundaries or corporate 2imits of the City of YAlispell, Montana,
Is her—oby doclarod to be August 9, 1972.
SECTION 2. That tha tract of land so embraced and Included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described
as follows:
SUISET ADDITION NO. 2
1 LOTS 2, 4, and 5
WTION 3. That the said tract of land above described and to be included
Vithin the Corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is to be
classified as ft. I Residence District.
