RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMCENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS NECESSARY
TO MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED BY THE 1971-19-72
BUDGET FOR AMBULANCE FUND,
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have &risen in
an amount of $1,500.00 In excess of the 1971-1972 Ambulance PW%d Btuk�atl &rA
VIM=AS, It Is therefore necessary to call for an emergency ouaget In
order to pay for the necessary additional expenditures;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by.reasop
of the facts hereinabove stated an emergency is hereby declared to exist,
and an expenditure of $1,500.00 In excess of the 1971-1972 Ambulance PUnd
&Wg*t IS necessary; protests If any, shall be heard at 7s3O P. M., JUpe 5,
1972, at the regular City Council meeting, Council Chambers, Kalispetl,
Monte".
