A RESOLUTION ORDERING CURBS IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA!
That it is the judgment of the City Council that concrete curbing be
installed along the following locations in the City pursuant to Section
24-21 of the Code of the City of Kalispell, Montana:
SW �j Section 8 - 28 - 21 Tract 30 - 15;Tract 30 - GA
Original Townsite Block 22 Lot 6
Burlington Northern Railroad right of way from the north line
of Center Street East a distance of 183 feet in a northerly
direction.
Burlington Northern Railroad right of way from the SE corner
Block 22 Lot 6 a1diatahos of 2481.,,feet'in'asbutherly direotioug
being on both sides of fourth avenue east and on both sides of fourth
avenue east north.
