A RESOLUTION TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO PACIFIC POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Pacific Power and Light Company has purchased
lots 9,10,11,and 12, Block 75, Kalispell, Montana;and,
WHERFAS, the building presently thereon does encroach
slightly upon Sth Street and the West alley of Main Street;and,
WHEREAS, said Pacific Power and Light Company is, remodeling
said building and it would be to the best interests of the City
to grant an easement of encroachment on said City�street and alley;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
The Mayor is hereby authorized to grant to the Pacific
Power and Light Company an easement for the encroachment on 5th
Street an the West alley of Plain Street as presently existing by
the bui in on lots 9, 10, 11, 12, Block 75, Kalispell, Montana.
