FROM SAID CO�11111ISSION-
WHEP—EAS, the Council of the City of Kalispell has heretofore
made an estimate of the amount of money required by the Kalispell
parking Corl,,n
,ission for the current fiscal year and has included
the sum of $20,000.00 in the current City Budget for that purpose;
and
WHEREAS, the said Council of the City of Kalispell deems it
necessary to appron-riate said sum to the Kalispell Parking Cc--m1is-
sion pursuant to ti�a provisions of Section 11-3705 R.C.M., 1947,
to 33e used for administrative ?urposes including the leasing of
land and -olacina improvements thereon for parking purposes.
N10',1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. it is here!Dv deemed necessary to appropriate the sura of
$2OtOOO,OO to the Parking Commission;
2. The said sum of $20,000.00 is hereby appropriated to the
Kalispell Parl�ing Commission to be used for administrative 'purposes
including the leasinc� of land and placing improvements thereon for
parking T-'�urposes. The City Treasurer is directed to furnish said
sum to , the chairman of said committee.
3. The said Kalispell Parkinq Commission is required to make
a written renort to the Kalispell City Council every three (3)
months hereafter setting forth an accounting for said funds hereby
aDpropriated and to furnish and publish such other reports as are
required by laws of the state of Montana.
