A RESOLUTION EXTENDYNG THE CORPORATE LIDMITS OF TIE, CITY OF EALISPEIL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOL14;D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF XALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. Itat puTsuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2668, entitled
Resolution of Intentlon to Extend tin Corporate LAWS Of the MY Of
Kalispell, Montana", and after a hearing hold at a ragalar meativg of said
City Council, in tho Council Chambsrs of the City Hall jz YnItspatt, Wntana,
at 7:30 P. M. on June 5, 1972, pursuant to said resolution and notice duly
given by publication as required by law, tha boundaries or corporate limits
of the City of Yallspall, Wntana, azz hereby oxterded so as to embrace and
include the tract of land described in said Resolution of Intention No. 2868
and hereinafter describod, and the said described tract of land is hereby
declared to be onnexed to and to be a part of the City of Yalispell, Montana,
and within the corporate limits thorcof. Tho time when this resolution sball
go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of said tract of land
within the boundaries or corporato limits of the City of Klispell, Montana,
is hereby declared to be August; 9, 1972.
SECTION 2. That the tract of land so cubraced and included within the boundaries
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more perticularly described as follows:
SUNSET ADDITION
Block 2 lot 12
SECTION 3. That the said tract of land above described and to be includad
within the corporate limits of the City of Nalispell, Montana, Is to be
classified as No. I Residence District.
