A PZSOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS
AND AVENUES IN SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1# AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT
FOR SAME FOR THE YEAR 1972.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION "". That the entire cost of sprinkling the streets and
avenues in Sprinkling District No. I for the 1972 year is estimated
to be $13,b00.00.
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all property in Sprinkling
District No. 1 for the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues in
said district. Said tax shall be levied at $25.00 per lot or at $1.00
per front foot of said lot, whichever is the greater.
