A RESOLUTION ESTIM%TING THE COST OF LIGHTING THE STREETS AND
AVENUES IN THE LIGHTING DISTRICT, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT
FOR SAM3 FOR THE YEAR 1972,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONT2LNA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of the Special Lighting Distri—
for the year 1972 is estimated to be $38,000.00.
SECTION 2. That one-fourth of the cost of lighting said district
shall be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That the tax hereby levied for the remaining three -
fourths of the cost of the amount set opposite the description
of each lot or parcel of land, as shown by the special assessments
on file in the Office of the City Clark.
SECTION 4. The amount of assessment for 1972 is hereby reduced by
75% to use up accumulated reserves.
