RESOLUTION NO. 2841
A RESOLUTION TO SET DATE FOR SALE OF REVENUE BONDS.
WHE,U.,AS, by Resolution No. 2836, as passed and approved by
this Council on the 13th day of December, 1971, the City of Kal-
isuell was authorized to issue revenue bonds in the sum of
$260,000.00 for the construction of improvements to the sewer
system of the City of Kalispell and the form and conditions of
said bonds were set forth in said Resolution; and
�,n,IEREAS, the City Council has now fully considered the degree
to which State and Federal governments will participate in the
cost of said sewer-improvements.and other matters in relation
thereto,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Clark is hereby directed to take the necessary
steps, in accord with the laws of the State of Montana, to
provide for the sale of said revenue bonds as so authorized,
at the meeting of this Council on the 7th day of February, 1972,
and said bonds in said amount will be sold in accord therewith.
