1. Call to Order:
Called to Order at 7:35 a.m., By: Mark Pirrie
2. Approval of the Agenda:
Moved by Janet, second by Mark.
3. Approval of July 15 Board Meeting:
Moved by Joel, second by Mark.

7. Unfinished Business:
Central School Museum — Bill made a motion to convert the 4 volunteer spaces in the alley of the
museum to permitted parking and move the volunteer parking to the metered spaces in front of the
museum. Second by Janet. All Board Members were in favor. Discussion followed.
8. New Business:
Current parking fines — Captain Rademacher provided an explanation of the current fine structure and
requested input from board members.
Orange tickets are issued by the parking enforcement officer and are $10.00. They are Civil infractions
processed through Parking. The exception being Handicapped Parking.
Yellow tickets are issued by patrol officers and are $15.00. Most are Criminal infractions processed
through the Court. Some of the violations overlap on the tickets meaning a person may pay $10.00 or
$15.00 for the same violation depending on who issued it.
Mark recommended leaving the time and permit violation fine amounts the same.
Janet made a motion to leave the current fine amounts for time limits and no permit violations the same.
Second by Bill.
Janet suggested utilizing the City Facebook account to get the word out regarding free daily parking
offered at the Skyline Lot.
The next meeting will be Thursday, October 29' , 2015.
