A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY Or KALISPELL, AS AN
ADDITION, SIMMONS ADDITION, ADDITION NO. 33
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the petition of Don Simmons and Louise
Simmons filed with the City Council of the City o'� Kalispell on tile
6th day of March 1972, and the sub,.,aission of said Council by
i=JdPetitiond':F-6Y-a_ -pat reflecting the survey and de��iqnation of
that territory adjoining and adjacent to the City of Xalispell, into
streets and blocks as an addition thereto, and pursuant to Sectioa
No. 11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, as ainended, -the Council
and Mayor do hereby approve that said territory may become a part
of the City of Kalispell, to be %.nown as:
SIW40NS ADDITION, ADDITION NO. 33
SECTION 2. That the City Council has found qood cause for the
reduction of land to be set aside in said Addition for park purposes
to one -ninth of the total area of,said AddItion, and, the Council
furErier finds it to be to the bast interest of the City to accept a
cash donation in lieu of said land.for park purposes and the City
does hereby order that said amount shall be th6 sun, of $278. CO
which sum shall be deposited in the park fund of the Ci

SECTION 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
