A RESOLUTION SETTIM LOAD LIMITS ON ALL CITY STREETS IN THE
CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
It is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
as follows:
Section 1. That, effective March 15, 1972, the load IlTalts on�
all city streets shall be 50 pounds loss per inch per tiLe than
the prevailing State of Montana load limit except for Cantor
Street which shall have the same load limit. as the State of Montana.
Section 2. Any violation hereof shall be governed by the general
penalty provisions of the Kalispell City Code.
