A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EMERGENCY BUDGET FOR PARKING COMMISSION
PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000.00
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
�iHEREAs, Resolution No. 2854 declarinq intention to create an
emergency budget for parking commission purposes in the amount of
$2,000.00 was adopted by the City Council and duly noticed for
hearing protests; and
WHEREAS, no protests were m.ade at said time and place,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency budget in the
amount of $2,000.00 be and the sane hereby is authorized.
PASSED BY THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AND
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, THIS Ird day of April, 1972.
