A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL
SUNNY VIEW LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-511, Revised Codes of T'�,Dntana,
1947, the County of rlzthead, actincr hv 1-1-.�d thro-,aqh the County
Commissioners of Flathead County, adriinistrativc aqant thereof, has
filed with the Clerk of the City of Kalispeil, mn�atana, a petition
for annexation to the City Of Xalispell of certain contiquous real
property in the County of Flathead, as more particularly hereafter
described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Kalispell, Montana,.
deems it advisable and proper to annex the said real property as
petitioned and applied for;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
That it is the intention of the governirig-, lbody of the City
of Kalispell, Montana to annex the following described land:
A tract of land known as Sunny View Lane located in
the Southwest Quarter of Section Six (6), T. 28 N.,
R 21 W., M.P.�% , Flathead County, n.ontana and more
particularly described as follows, to-witj
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 1
of Grandview Heights Addition No. I to Xalispell,
Montana, a plat of record in Flathead County Clerk
and Recorders Office, Xalispell, Montana, thence
running Westerly a distance of 1200 feet more or
less to a point on the eazterly Riqlits of Way Line
of U.S. No. 93, thonce "outherly along t1a�a Easterly
line of U.S. No. 93 to a point 60 fcct. morc or leas
to a point, thence Easterly and parallel and to the
above mentioned line a distance of 1200 feet moreor
less to a point, thence Northerly a distance of 60
feet to the point of beginning. Being a tract of
land 60 feet wide and 1200 feet long, more or less
and containing 1.653 acres more or less.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 3rd day of Suly 0
