A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS AN
ADDITION, OLSON ADDITION NO. 1 (CITY ADDITION No. 28).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or KALISPELL*
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Oscar H. Olson and
Marlys Olson, filed with the City Council of the City of Kalispell
on the 30th day of November, 1971, and the submission of said
Council by said Petitioner of a plat reflecting the survey and
designation of that territory adjoining and adjacent to the City
of Kalispell, into streets and blocks as an addition thereto, and
pursuant to Section No. 11-401, Revised Codes of Montana# 1947t
the Council and Mayor do hereby approve that said territory may
become a part of the City of Kalispell# to be known ast
OLSON ADDITION NO, 1 (City Addition No. 28)
SECTION 2. That the City Council has found good cause for the
reduction of land to be set aside in said Addition for park purposes
to one twelfth (1/12) of the total area of said Addition; and# the
Council further finds it to be to the best interest of the City to
accept a cash donation in lieu of said land for park purposes and
the City does hereby order that said amount shall be the sum of
NINETY ONE AND 25/100 DOLLARS ($91.25), which sum shall be deposited
in the park fund of the City to be used according to law.
SECTION 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montanz�, said
territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell and shall be
classified as a No. 2 Residence District Zone of said city.
